What this tool is

Zhushou is a locally run document preparation tool. It cleans, formats, extracts and checks source code you supply, producing a draft suitable for Chinese software copyright registration. It is not a legal service, offers no legal opinion, and does not file applications for you.

About the output

The built-in rules follow publicly available registration regulations and stated review practice, but requirements can change and individual cases differ. Whether a filing is accepted, or sent back for correction, is decided by the registry. Using this tool is not a guarantee of any outcome.

Your content

The source code you import and the documents you generate remain entirely yours. The app does not obtain, upload or use them. You are responsible for holding the rights to the code you import.
